Die wichtigsten etablierten und langfristig wirksamen Methoden der bariatrischen Chirurgie sind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c4rmel-Gastrektomie,<\/li>\n<li>Standard-Magenbypass<\/li>\n<li>Mini-Gastrischer Bypass<\/li>\n<li>\u00c4rmel-Bypass<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Alle oben genannten Verfahren sind wirksam, und Sie m\u00fcssen sich nicht zwischen gut und schlecht entscheiden, sondern die f\u00fcr Sie beste Option finden. Bei einem bestimmten Patienten gibt es selten Bedingungen, die die eine oder andere Methode vollst\u00e4ndig verhindern oder beg\u00fcnstigen. Die Ziele f\u00fcr die Wahl der Methode der bariatrischen Chirurgie k\u00f6nnen bei verschiedenen Patienten unterschiedlich sein.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zufriedenheit mit einem chirurgischen Eingriff wird nicht nur durch die Gewichtsabnahme, sondern auch durch das Auftreten von Nebenwirkungen beeinflusst, und es ist m\u00f6glich, dass ein Patient, dessen Gewichtsabnahme f\u00fcr alle als vorbildlich angesehen werden kann, aufgrund der Nebenwirkungen dennoch von seinem Endergebnis entt\u00e4uscht ist.<\/p>\n<p>Unserer Erfahrung nach h\u00e4ngt das Risiko f\u00fcr unmittelbare chirurgische Komplikationen wie undichte N\u00e4hte oder Blutungen nicht von der gew\u00e4hlten Operationsmethode ab, und auch die postoperative Erholungsrate ist nicht unterschiedlich. Es gibt keine signifikanten Unterschiede in Bezug auf Dyslipid\u00e4mie (erh\u00f6hter Cholesterin- und Triglyceridspiegel im Blut), Bluthochdruck, Gelenk- und R\u00fcckenschmerzen.
